Moving Beyond Survival
You don’t have to live defined by the past or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. Whether you are navigating past pain, CPTSD, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or relationship difficulties, lasting change is possible.
I specialise in helping people move beyond survival and symptom management into a life of purpose, connection, and genuine happiness where you can live with authenticity and self-acceptance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored, drawing on an extensive toolkit to work not only with conscious thought patterns but also with the subconscious blocks that keep you stuck. Together, we create a solution-focused plan, whether through steady weekly sessions or intensive programmes designed for faster breakthroughs.
EMDR – my specialist focus
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is at the heart of my practice. It is a powerful, evidence-based approach that enables the brain to reprocess and integrate difficult experiences so they no longer cause overwhelming emotions, flashbacks, dissociation or anxiety. Unlike some therapies, EMDR does not require you to talk through every detail of what happened; instead, it works directly on how memories are stored and experienced.
Many clients notice significant shifts in just a few sessions, often describing it as a life-changing release from long-held pain and a renewed sense of freedom and possibility.
An integrative approach
Alongside EMDR, I integrate relational psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, and executive well-being coaching. This flexible blend helps explore and reshape relationship patterns, reduce anxiety, reframe limiting beliefs, and restore balance in both personal and professional life. By tailoring methods to your individual needs, therapy can create deep and lasting change.
