leigh mcculloch

Leigh McCullough is an experienced integrative therapist with a flexible approach.   Integrative therapy brings together different therapeutic models.  For example, psychodynamic therapy explores how our past affects our present, CBT focuses on the relationship between our feelings, thoughts and behaviour and the person-centred approach seeks to promote complete physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Leigh is experienced and interested in working with a wide range of presenting difficulties such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and grief.   Leigh works with her clients to create a safe and open therapeutic relationship where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

Recent Testimonial:

“Leigh is amazing! She helped me to learn how my past is connected to my present life and how it manifests itself in my adult relationships with others as well as myself. Learning it’s fine to put myself first and invest in my own joy before others. I still use the tools I learned in my sessions when I find myself repeating old patterns which has helped to keep me happier overall. She was also very good at remembering what I told her and picking up from our last session and understood my cultural differences which meant I didn’t have to spend a lot of my time with her explaining that which is a great skill to have when working with immigrant clients. Highly recommend her”.
