I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR Practitioner with more 15 years of experience working within mental health services.

People seek therapy for many different reasons. Some come because they are struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, burnout, or overwhelming stress. Others find themselves stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-criticism, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from the life they want to be living.

Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim is to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where you feel able to talk openly about what is happening in your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. Whilst understanding symptoms is important, I believe therapy is about more than simply reducing distress. It is also about helping people understand themselves better, recognise the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop the confidence and skills needed to move forward.

Together, we work to make sense of your experiences, develop practical strategies for change, and build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with what matters to you.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of healthcare settings, including specialist psychotherapy services, neuropsychology, learning disabilities, complex mental health services, and primary care psychological services.

My areas of particular interest include anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, health anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, trauma, and emotional wellbeing.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than expecting individuals to fit into a standard therapy model. My aim is to help people understand their difficulties, overcome challenges, and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

I offer appointments in Harley Street, online, and in the West Midlands.

Qualifications & Training

I completed my postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Birmingham and remain committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy used to help people process traumatic experiences and distressing memories that continue to impact them in the present.
