Having worked within Risk and Corporate Banking for many years, Gemma is now enjoying her second career as a BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist. She obtained her MA (Distinction) at Roehampton University where she developed a special interest in the positive role humour can play in therapy.

She holds further qualifications in couple counselling from the College of Relationship and Sexual Therapy; Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy; and Plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. She is also an active member of Plant-based health professionals UK, speaking at Vegan Camp Out and publishing in Vegan Food and Living.

Her unique Psychotherapy Plus model, incorporates the traditional modalities alongside optimal nutrition, exercise and sleep hygiene/meditation, offering you a comprehensive mind, body and spiritual framework within which to analyse the origin, development and possible solutions to your particular difficulty.

She has worked for the NHS; the inspiring cancer charity, The Mulberry Centre, (West Middlesex Hospital); Working Chance which supports female ex-offenders and their families.

Private clients have included Senior Law Firm and Corporate Executives, Barristers, TV Personalities and Producers, Musicians/Stage Performers, members of the Clergy and students of Psychotherapy and beyond. She also provides clinical supervision to staff responsible for the victims of human trafficking.

Her clients leave therapy at peace with their past, with a renewed zest for life in their present and a clearer vision for their future. Many choose to remain long term for ongoing coaching and personal development.
